A Child Monitor is a professional who acts as a go-between and facilitates Court Ordered Visits for the child(ren) of custodial and non-custodial parents. The primary objective and responsibility as a supervised visitation provider is to observe the interactions between the child and the non-custodial parent in an objective and neutral manner. We also make every reasonable effort to assure the safety, security, and well-being of the children in a positive and supportive environment.
All our Monitors are fully trained in the California Rules of Court 5.20 Monitoring Standards of Practice,
Family Code 3200.5, Documentation, Child Development, Divorce and Separation, Terminating and Suspending Visitations, Domestic Violence, Cultural Diversity, Substance Abuse, and Sexual Abuse Training. Additionally, all Monitors are Certified with the minimum number of hours required by the State of California. Additionally, a Department of Justice Clearance has been secured by all Monitors.
